Domaine Guillaume Gilles Cornas, 2019 barrel strength and grappasExperience Domaine Guillaume Gilles Cornas, the grand wine of this small but exceptional domaine. Crafted from grapes grown on the diverse slopes of Chaillot vineyard, this wine boasts a complex terroir and a long cuvaison process. Aged for 18 months in demi muids, this unfiltered wine is a true testament to the expertise of the domaine. Pair with brasied leg of lamb and saffron rice with a big green salad.
