Andr was a pioneer, breaking away from the traditional co op model and embracing quality over quantity. The Carignan vines here are a blend of heritage clones, with an average age of 40 years and some vines reaching over 100 years. The whole cluster Carignan undergoes a carbonic maceration in tank, a technique that
